Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic to our websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, a passion for staying updated with industry trends, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.

1. On-Page Optimization:

• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for search engines.
• Ensure websites are structured for SEO friendliness, including URL structures, internal linking, and site navigation.

1. Off-Page Optimization:

• Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators and outreach teams to secure high-quality backlinks.

1. Content Strategy:

• Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals and target audience.
• Provide recommendations for content improvements and new content opportunities.

1. Technical SEO:

• Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues affecting website performance.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and meet other technical SEO best practices.

1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.

1. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

• Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Continuously test and evaluate new SEO techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Experience with website analytics, A/B testing, and keyword research.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international SEO and multi-language websites.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Understanding of PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
